Where can I find support?

Looking after yourself while living with generalized pustular psoriasis (GPP) is not just about treatment — emotional support is important. Your network of friends and family can help improve how you feel about your GPP. If you have a small support network, consider joining a support group to widen your social circle.

GPP support groups, forums and communities can help you learn techniques to cope with your condition. Organizations and support groups designed for patients can also help all individuals affected by GPP through shared experiences. Ask a loved one or friend to come with you so they can help you get support.
